How long will it take to complete the application?

This simple process typically takes 5-10 minutes.

When will I know if my application is approved?

Most applications receive a decision instantly; for those applications requiring additional review, the decision will be emailed within 1-2 business days.

Do you operate on a secured site?

What do I need to open an account?

You will be required to provide personal information, such as your name, email address, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, name of employer, occupation and home address.

Why do you need my personal information?

Once I complete the application, what should I expect?

Once your application is complete,

Once the application is approved, you will have immediate access to your account, Online Banking and Mobile Banking by downloading our app (subject to our funds availability policy).
You can then sign up for account options, including Bill Pay and Direct Deposit.
If you requested a Debit/ATM Card, it will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days; the PIN will be mailed separately.
If you have a joint account, a signature card will be sent to the joint applicant to sign and return within 30 days or the account will be closed.
